New $45 Million Hotel to Be Built in Cabo
The construction of the Hotel Misiones, with 2 eight-story buildings, 126 rooms, restaurant, 2 pools and pool bar has been approved by the SEMARNAT, Mexico’s ministry of the environment and natural resources. The approval is conditional on the hotel having its own water resources, a sewage treatment plant and a system to water its green areas with treated water.
Love the Gringo Gazette–just wish in some of the articles, you would put a written description of where the resorts and hotels are being built.

Where specifically is this going to be built?
