New $45 Million Hotel to Be Built in Cabo

The construction of the Hotel Misiones, with 2 eight-story buildings, 126 rooms, restaurant, 2 pools and pool bar has been approved by the SEMARNAT, Mexico’s ministry of the environment and natural resources. The approval is conditional on the hotel having its own water resources, a sewage treatment plant and a system to water its green areas with treated water.

  • Love the Gringo Gazette–just wish in some of the articles, you would put a written description of where the resorts and hotels are being built.

For those of us, who are not familiar with all areas of the Baja, the map does not tell us what the new hotel is close to.

  • Where specifically is this going to be built?
