The City government’s Youth Institute will hold a Surf Fishing tourney in La Ribera beach at the East Cape on Saturday, April 8. Participants must be between 12 and 29 years old. Inscriptions are free of charge will take place that same day on site at 7:00 am. There will be cash prizes of 5,000, 3,000 and 2,000 pesos for the 3 top winners. Be there or be square!
