The influential Mexican version of The Economist newspaper, has revealed the increase in property values throughout Mexico that  Los Cabos is at the top, with 12 percent, followed by the state of Quintana Roo (think Cancun) with 11.8 percent, La Paz with 11.6 percent and so on.
