The Anawa, a 62-metre custom-designed SeaXplorer, is currently anchored in Cabo bay, with its own Helibras 350 helicopter. It is owned by Jorge Paulo Lemann, 83, who was born in Brazil but now resides in Switzerland. Mr Lemann made his wealth in investment banking and is the co-founder of 3G Capital, which has acquired brands such as Burger King, Kraft Foods, Anheuser-Busch and Heinz in the last decade. His fortune is estimated at $17 billion USD by Forbes magazine. The Anawa was built by Damen Yachting and has 16 crew, a gross tonnage of 1,850 and a maximum speed of 13.5 knots.

  • You’d think with all the money this dude has he could have hired a yacht architect to come up with a much more attractive design. This looks to be a huge dark box that floats!
