AMPI, the Mexican association of real estate professionals reports that sales of residential lots and homes are 20 percent up from 2019. That’s a little slow compared to last year, which registered an increase of 30 percent against 2019. Most buyers are from the U.S., followed by Canadians, Mexicans and people from other countries. The average price of a touristy home in La Paz is $150K, while in Cabo San Lucas is $250K. Move now before it’s too late!
