Another Luxurious Cabo Resort Closes
This time it is the Montage Los Cabos, located at Santa Maria bay in the Los Cabos corridor. Again, the cause is remodeling, although it is a pretty new resort and is reported among the best resorts by Forbes, TripAdvisor and Conde Nast. The Montage will disburse the legal severance pay to its 128 employees as well as the Solaz. That’s about 328 new unemployed people and 302 rooms and suites closed this month. Reopening date is unknown.

Does anyone know what legal recourse we have as Solaz owners???
