Join us for a fun and educational Shore Fishing Clinic for Kids, a free outdoor activity designed to introduce children to the exciting world of recreational fishing while promoting environmental awareness and respect for marine life. Organized by FONMAR (Fund for the Protection of Marine Resources of Baja California Sur), this hands-on experience offers young participants the opportunity to learn directly by the sea in a safe and engaging setting.

During the clinic, children will be taught the fundamentals of shore fishing, including basic fishing techniques, the proper use of fishing equipment, and how to identify local marine species. Participants will also learn about marine conservation, responsible fishing practices, water safety, and the importance of protecting coastal ecosystems for future generations.

The event will take place on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 9:30 AM at Playa del Muelle in Punta Chivato. This free activity is open to children and families interested in nature, outdoor recreation, and marine education. Since space is limited, early participation is encouraged.
