On November 29th, El Minero del Triunfo will be filled with even more flavor, tradition, and camaraderie 
with Paella & Friends. Five paellas and a shared passion.
An afternoon where our chef Felipe Geraldo will cook alongside great friends of the house: chef Héctor
Palacios, chef Mely González, Jacqueline Páez, and La Mechuda Vermutería, each with their own unique 
version of paella.
The experience includes Desert Wine and a complimentary glass of wine, as well as live music to enjoy 
the afternoon to the fullest.
