Memory Clinic 2026

The Memory Clinic at Centro Cultural La Paz is a community-focused program designed to support the mental and emotional well-being of older adults through cognitive stimulation, memory exercises, and social interaction. Taking place every Wednesday during May 2026, from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, this free program offers seniors a welcoming and supportive environment where they can actively engage their minds while connecting with others in the community.
Led by Dr. Susana Raquel Flores Manzanos, the clinic focuses on promoting healthy aging and maintaining cognitive function through activities specifically created for older adults. Sessions may include memory games, concentration exercises, mental agility activities, and techniques aimed at strengthening attention, recall, and overall brain health. The program is intended to encourage participants to remain mentally active while also providing a space for socialization and emotional support.
Hosted in the audiovisual room at the Cultural Center in downtown La Paz, the event reflects an ongoing effort by local cultural and community organizations to improve quality of life for senior citizens through accessible educational and wellness initiatives. The atmosphere is friendly, inclusive, and designed to help participants feel comfortable regardless of their previous experience with cognitive wellness programs.
