Sabor a Cabo 2026: Verbena Sibarita is the 18th edition of Los Cabos’ renowned International Food and Wine Festival, celebrating the region’s culinary excellence, fine wines, and vibrant food culture. Presented by CANIRAC Los Cabos, this year’s event introduces a festive atmosphere inspired by a traditional Mexican verbena, combining gourmet dining, local flavors, premium beverages, and live entertainment.

Guests can explore more than 40 stands featuring restaurants, bars, spirits, and tastings, with dedicated areas such as Gourmet Street, the Sybarite Market, the Wine Garden, the Mixology Garden, and Chef’s Plaza. The evening will conclude with a musical performance by La Única Internacional Sonora Santanera. Beyond its culinary experience, Sabor a Cabo supports local causes, including the Cabo San Lucas Fire Department and the Red Cross, making it a celebration of gastronomy and community.
