The Los Cabos Organic Market at Pedregal has been a beloved community staple since its opening in 2005. As the second oldest market in Los Cabos, following the San José del Cabo Organic Market, it has become a go-to spot for fresh, locally grown organic produce.
The market was founded by Mónica Díaz-Rivera, who previously operated a wellness center, Mar Adentro, and spent a decade as a licensed colonic therapist. Mónica’s philosophy revolved around the idea that food is medicine and medicine is food. While teaching her clients about the healing power of nutrition, she noticed the lack of convenient access to organic produce for busy Cabo residents. Inspired, she brought the market to life, providing a closer and easier option for locals seeking high-quality organic fruits and vegetables.
Located in Pedregal, the market is open on Saturdays from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm. Starting December 15, it will also welcome visitors on Wednesdays during the same hours. Whether you’re looking for fresh veggies or a vibrant community atmosphere, this market is worth a visit.
It’s close to home for many, so maybe I’ll bump into you there. Let’s shop fresh and local together! 🥕🍅
