Tropical Storm Norma Threatens This Weekend’s Bisbee Tournament

As Norma appears to be gradually turning, a weak relatively high pressure over Mexico is expected to steer the storm north-northwestward to northward for about 3 days. The Bisbee’s Los Cabos Offshore tournament should take place on Saturday with a shotgun start at 7 am. A Bisbee’s communique received yesterday says, “While we are watching this system very closely, as of now, all tournament systems are a “GO” and the Bisbee’s Los Cabos Offshore tournament is expected to run as scheduled. That being said, we will be meeting with the marina and Port Captain tomorrow morning (Wednesday) to discuss any overnight changes.” Stay tuned.
