After the opening was delayed by 10 days, about 20 minutes after the one in San Jose opened a young girl fell hard on her knee and had to wait 15 minutes for an ambulance to arrive. Well, the rink owners were not providing helmets nor knee and elbow protection. The Los Cabos mayor ordered it closed until they could provide protection which will take several days to arrive.
