DESCRIPTION:Explore the intelligence of the body and the beauty of movement born in the present moment at the special residency “El Cuerpo Habitado” (The Inhabited Body). \nOn Saturday\, September 26\, 2026\, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM\, the Casa de la Cultura “Profra. Nieves Trasviña de Ceseña” in Cabo San Lucas will host this immersive workshop led by Yair Cuyás. Through encounters of Contact Improvisation and Collective Creation\, participants will be invited to let the body speak before the mind\, to inhabit their presence\, and to attune to their bodily intelligence. \nThis experience offers a space to discover the dance that emerges spontaneously\, to connect with others through movement\, and to explore new ways of listening and responding with the body. It is an opportunity to step away from overthinking and enter a more intuitive\, physical\, and creative state. \nOrganized by the Instituto de la Cultura y las Artes de Los Cabos in coordination with the Casa de la Cultura\, this residency invites you to reconnect with your body and experience the freedom of movement that arises when we truly inhabit the present.
