Francisca Monroy Vda. de Collins”\, invites local residents to participate in the Concurso de Talentos Locales  Interpretación de Canción Ranchera. \nThe contest will take place on Friday\, September 11\, 2026\, at 7:00 PM\, as part of the Noche Mexicana festivities\, right in front of the Edificio Delegacional de Miraflores. \nThis competition is open to all residents of Miraflores and nearby communities who are 14 years of age or older and wish to interpret a traditional ranchera song.
