XV Ayuntamiento de Los Cabos\, through the Dirección General de Desarrollo Social and the Dirección Municipal de Educación\, invites the community to participate in the traditional Civic-Military Parade as part of the Fiestas Patrias commemorations. \nOn Wednesday\, September 16\, 2026\, the parade will begin at 9:00 AM on Blvd. Antonio Mijares\, in front of Universidad Mundial\, and will conclude at the roundabout of Plaza Teniente Antonio Mijares. \nThe day will start earlier with a Commemorative Civic Act marking the beginning of the Mexican War of Independence. This ceremony will take place at 8:30 AM in front of the kiosk that will be installed opposite the Catastro offices\, where authorities will preside over the event. \nThe parade will be led by contingents of the Armed Forces\, followed by educational institutions (from lower to higher levels)\, civic associations\, and other registered organizations. Students and participants are requested to be properly formed by 8:50 AM so they can witness the passage of the military contingents before joining the parade.
