DESCRIPTION:Discover the beauty\, elegance\, and rich cultural traditions of Middle Eastern dance through the Arabic Dance Workshop offered at Centro Cultural La Paz. This engaging program is designed for individuals interested in learning the art of Arabic dance in a welcoming and supportive environment\, whether they are complete beginners or dancers looking to refine their skills and technique. \nThe workshop is led by experienced instructors Carmen Lugo and Carmen Reyes Lugo\, who guide participants through the fundamental movements\, rhythms\, posture\, coordination\, and expressive elements that make Arabic dance such a captivating art form. Students will have the opportunity to explore both the technical and artistic aspects of the dance while developing confidence\, flexibility\, balance\, and stage presence. \nClasses take place every Monday\, Tuesday\, and Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Centro Cultural La Paz\, located in the heart of downtown La Paz\, Baja California Sur.
