DESCRIPTION:The Instituto de la Cultura y las Artes de Los Cabos presents a special edition of “Letras en Plenilunio” titled “Poetry and Dance in Resistance.” This cultural gathering blends spoken word and movement in a powerful artistic celebration under the full moon. \nThe evening will feature performances by Flamenco Duo Fusión and poet Mónica Sánchez\, along with four guest poets and an open mic segment. The program also includes special participation by students from a haiku workshop and reading club led by Salvador Alvarado\, as well as the folkloric ballet Yuramek\, directed by Javier Salazar. \nThe event will take place on Tuesday\, March 3 at 7:00 PM at the Explanada de Casa de Cultura. Admission is free. \n“Poetry and Dance in Resistance” offers a meaningful space for artistic expression\, community engagement\, and cultural reflection through the fusion of literature\, music\, and dance.
