Chileno Bay Resort & Residences is expanding even further its current real estate offerings, breaking ground this month on its final phase of development. 14 contemporary ocean view units will debut in 2020, including brand new villa options with larger layouts and enhanced home design features. What does enhanced features mean? These homes will drive themselves with no safety driver? Call us when it can do that and I will believe there are enhanced design features.


The development has more than $165 million in sales since launch. Phase two has nearly sold out, fast-tracking phase three construction. With these final 14 units, there will be expansive new floorplans, including bi-level villas and one five-bedroom penthouse residence, all with an upgraded contemporary design package and state-of-the-art technology. (Safety driver?). Villas range from four-to five-bedrooms with pricing starting at $2,500,000.

Four-bedroom units span 3,435 square feet with an additional 1,200 square feet of covered outdoor living space. The five-bedroom penthouse residence sits at 5,554 square feet and features two ocean-facing master suites, a 1,000-square-foot private rooftop pool, 2,600 square feet of covered terrace space, and a wine cellar.

The new homes will feature an open concept with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that open to spacious private terraces and balconies with Jacuzzis. Ground-floor villas will also offer a private pool and sun deck.
