Tourism in La Paz is on the rise and shows no signs of slowing down. Last year, the La Paz airport welcomed 1.1 million passengers, and it’s already off to a great start this year. In the first half of 2024 alone, 600,000 passengers have passed through its gates, marking a 19% increase compared to the same period last year.
This growth is set to continue, especially with some exciting new developments. Come November, Alaska Airlines will start flying in from California, adding to the ten national flights that currently serve the airport. This means more options for travelers and an even greater influx of visitors to this beautiful destination.
