Kerzner International Holdings Limited is planning to open SIRO Palmilla in 2027, with 120 keys for 14 stand-alone villas and a cluster of SIRO branded residences at Palmilla Reserve, near the One&Only Palmilla. The Kerzner company is the one that acquired the old Palmilla hotel from Don Koll several years ago. It was owned by Solomon ‘Sol’ Kerzner, KCMG (23 August 1935 – 21 March 2020), a South African accountant and business magnate. The company is now partially owned by Istithmar World, a unit of state-owned conglomerate Dubai World. We wonder where it will fit within the already crowded Palmilla development.
