On Sunday, February 26, the Tour de France returns to La Paz, with dozens of sportsmen bicycling 40, 65 and 120 kilometers along the La Paz malecón and the road to Pichilingue. Officially called L’Étape del Tour de France, the race will start at 7:00 am at the Malecon, corner with the Colegio Militar street.
