Finally, the Los Cabos government is bending to pressure. There are waaay too many accidents on the highways between Todos Santos and San Jose, Buenavista and neighboring town. The fine for an owner of cattle on the road that causes an accident will be over $1,000 USD. Keep your cattle on a leash!
