The results of the Culinary Awards 2022, awarded “Carbon Cabrón” as the The Best Restaurant of the Year. Carbon Cabrón cooks most of their menu on a large wood fire grill. The Judges of the contest include several local foodies that go around tasting food at different restaurants that have been nominated by the Los Cabos residents. Then they vote and choose the winners in different categories. Carbon Cabrón’s Chef Poncho Cadena was also the winner of the Chef of the Year Award. The restaurant is located in El Merkado, next to the H+ Hospital in the tourist corridor. Congrats Poncho!
