As more people continue to move to Cabo to work – it grows at a pace of 12% a year – more housing is needed. The Mexican chamber of home developers (Canadevi) reports that although home developers sold 4,261 homes in our state last year, the need calls for 20,000 more. And better, lower prices for workers who can’t afford a small, $25,000 to $30,000 USD home, with a minimum lot size of 1,130 sq. ft that the government requires.
