Two new, delicious Artisanal beers have arrived at the Palmas de Cortez hotel as a commemoration of its 50th anniversary. One is a Vienna Lager, made with toasted barley and subtly bitter hops. The second one is an Ultra Lager of very light flavor. They come with a Palmas de Cortez label and the supply is limited. Both are fabulous, my new favorites, and are available only at the Spalmas Spa inside the hotel. More flavors are under production and will be labeled with the name Moshcat. The beers are the latest adventure of Igly Huerta, who operates the Spa.
