Due to a recent increase in Covid-19 contagions and a reduced capacity in hospitals, the state’s health department has decided to up the restrictions in our state. In La Paz municipality, which includes the state capital, El Triunfo, San Antonio, Los Barriles, Centenario and Los Planes, La Ventana and El Sargento, gyms, churches and movie theaters are closed. Children under 12 cannot enter stores. No sports or cultural events are allowed. Restaurants and sale of food open until 11:00 pm. Sale of alcohol in stores only until 5:00 pm. The Malecon is closed from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Los Cabos is pretty much the same, with the exception that all beaches are open from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm but only at 30% of their capacity. Stay tuned, every Tuesday the state’s health commission meets and update our status. Stay home, wear a mask if you need to go out.
