This Fall, Nancy Silverston, eight-time cookbook author and guest on Netflix’s Chef’s Table will open her first Mozza restaurant bar in Los Cabos at Costa Palmas, on the East Cape. Silverson is the co-owner of Los Angeles’ Pizzeria Mozza, the Michelin awarded Osteria Mozza, Mozza2Go, Pizzeria Mozza in Newport Beach and Chi Spacca. Silverston has also been awarded The James Beard Foundation Outstanding Chef title. She has been visiting Baja since she was thirteen years old.
