In a report released by Cicotur, the Center of Tourism Research and Competitivity, along with the GAP group that manages the San Jose international airport, Los Cabos shows an increase of 8.5 percent in tourist arrivals compared to 2019. That’s a comparison against pre-Covid numbers! The GAP group reports a total of 324,500 tourists have landed in Los Cabos so far this year. The numbers do not include passengers landing in the Cabo San Lucas airport or in private yachts. It seems that we will not have a “slow” season this year. Maybe the exception will be September, our rainy/hurricanes month.
