Cabo del Sol is an 1,800 acres master-planned community with more than 2 miles of beachfront. Currently, they have two golf courses, the Jack Nicklaus Signature Ocean Course that will go private in fall 2021. The Tom Weiskopf Signature Dessert Course will stay public. A Park Hyatt with 166 rooms and 28 branded Park Hyatt Residences is already under construction and will open by the end of 2022.

A Four Seasons with 96 Rooms and 46 branded Four Seasons Residences will break ground in spring 2021 and is estimated to be finished in the summer of 2023. The Four Seasons will be part of The Cove Club in Cabo del Sol, which is a private club with countless amenities. The Cove Club takes approximately 600 acres of Cabo del Sol and will be one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Los Cabos.
