Within the next two years, La Paz will have two new marinas that will service the increasing demand caused by the good publicity that our state’s caitol city has been getting for the past year or so. One will be located in El Manglito with 85 spots and a second one in Pichilingue that will host up to 200 boats. Both marinas will be built by private investors. The one at El Manglito will feature a fileting station. The total investment will be of $24 million USD and the owners will pay over $40,000 in leasing fees a year.
