The Chileno Bay development group is building a public Olympic pool in Cabo San Lucas, as part of an agreement with the Los Cabos government in exchange for their development construction permit and partial waive of taxes. This is customary in the state. The pool is nearly finished and should be open to the public in the first quarter of this year. The pool is located near to the Don Koll sports complex in the Cangrejos neighborhood, waaay behind the Pueblo Bonito Quivira development.
